Fast-track your progress with 10 private Muay Thai sessions, tailored to your goals and current level. Each appointment focuses on clean technique, effective combinations, timing, ring movement, and practical defense so every minute builds real, repeatable skill.
Across the block, your trainer will map a simple progression—assessment, fundamentals tune-up, padwork sequencing, purposeful bag rounds, defense & counters, and level-appropriate clinch—to lock in better mechanics and confidence. Sessions are 60 minutes each.
