This flexible pass gives you access to any available group class at one of Bangkok’s fastest-growing fight gyms. Sessions run for 60–90 minutes, designed to improve striking, grappling, conditioning, and overall fitness.

  • Warm-up with running, mobility drills, and dynamic stretching
  • Shadow boxing to build rhythm, balance, and striking flow
  • Technical pad work with trainers to refine combinations and timing
  • Heavy bag work for power, conditioning, and repetition of key techniques
  • Muay Thai technique drills: kicks, elbows, knees, clinch, and defense
  • Optional grappling, BJJ, and MMA fundamentals in selected group classes
  • Sparring or controlled drills (depending on level and class focus)
  • Strength & conditioning for core, balance, and fight endurance
  • Cooldown with stretching and breathing to support recovery
