1 Week Morning Muay Thai Training at FIGHT EVO360 (Monday – Saturday)

Experience a full week of structured Muay Thai training at FIGHT EVO360 in Pattaya. This package includes one morning session per day, running from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, Monday through Saturday.

Designed for students who want consistent daily training, this program allows you to build rhythm, improve conditioning, and sharpen technique in a focused fight gym atmosphere. Training alongside motivated athletes, you will experience authentic Muay Thai development in a disciplined and professional environment.

Each session lasts 120 minutes and follows a structured format that balances technical drills, pad work, and applied training.


Training Program

Every morning session is carefully structured to ensure proper progression and physical preparation:

  • Warm Up – Cardio and mobility preparation.
  • Shadow Boxing – Technique refinement and movement drills.
  • Pad Work – Trainer-led rounds focusing on combinations, timing, and power.
  • Bag Work – Conditioning and repetition training.
  • Sparring – Controlled technical sparring based on experience level.
  • Clinching – Essential clinch drills and positional work.
  • Cool Down – Stretching and recovery.

This structure ensures complete Muay Thai skill development while improving endurance and fight application.

Cancellation Policy
  1. Full Refund : Requests for a full refund are accepted if made within 24 hours of purchase.
  2. 10% Cancellation Fee : A 10% fee is applied to refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase.
  3. No Refund for Late Cancellations:
    • Private Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
    • Group Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
