1 Week Twice Daily Muay Thai Training at FIGHT EVO360 (Monday – Saturday)

Experience intensive Muay Thai development with two structured training sessions per day at FIGHT EVO360 in Pattaya. This package includes both Morning (8:00 AM – 10:00 AM) and Evening (4:00 PM – 6:00 PM) classes, Monday through Saturday.

Training twice daily for one full week significantly increases repetition, conditioning volume, and technical refinement. This format mirrors traditional fight camp structure, allowing students to immerse themselves in consistent Muay Thai development.

Each session runs for 120 minutes and follows the same complete Muay Thai training structure, ensuring balanced progression across striking, clinch work, conditioning, and sparring.


Training Program

Both Morning and Evening sessions follow a structured and progressive Muay Thai format:

  • Warm Up – Cardio activation and mobility drills.
  • Shadow Boxing – Technical combinations and movement refinement.
  • Pad Work – Trainer-led rounds focusing on timing, precision, and power.
  • Bag Work – Conditioning and repetition training.
  • Sparring – Controlled technical sparring depending on level.
  • Clinching – Clinch drills and positional control.
  • Cool Down – Stretching and recovery exercises.

Twice-daily training allows students to reinforce technique in the morning and apply it again in the evening, accelerating overall improvement.

Cancellation Policy
  1. Full Refund : Requests for a full refund are accepted if made within 24 hours of purchase.
  2. 10% Cancellation Fee : A 10% fee is applied to refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase.
  3. No Refund for Late Cancellations:
    • Private Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
    • Group Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
