Train intensively for one full month at Tded99 Muaythai Gym, one of Bangkok’s respected and long-established Muay Thai camps. This program offers daily 4-hour group sessions (15:00–19:00), providing consistent, structured training for beginners, fitness-focused learners, and experienced practitioners.

Each day begins with optional running at 15:00, followed by a full Muay Thai training routine—padwork, technique drills, bagwork, clinching, and conditioning. Trainers emphasize safety, proper form, and steady progress to ensure a balanced and motivating experience.

The open-air atmosphere of Tded99 Gym creates an energetic environment where students can improve skills, build strength, and enjoy authentic Thai-style training throughout the month.
