Train for one full week at Tded99 Muaythai Gym, one of Bangkok’s long-established and respected Muay Thai camps. This program includes daily 4-hour group classes (15:00–19:00), offering well-structured training suitable for beginners, fitness enthusiasts, and experienced practitioners.
The session starts with optional running at 15:00, followed by a mix of padwork, technique drills, bagwork, clinching, and strength training. Trainers focus on proper form, safety, and clear step-by-step coaching, making the experience accessible and enjoyable for all levels.
The open-air gym environment provides a motivating space where students can train intensely while enjoying fresh air and a friendly community atmosphere that supports consistent progress.
