Muay Thai

Grappling / Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ)
Unlock the power of BJJ—whether with or without a gi. Learn ground-fighting newaza techniques that build flexibility, control, and strategy under the guidance of expert grappling coaches.
From beginners to advanced practitioners, this class is designed to elevate your skill and confidence in one of the world’s most respected martial arts.

Boxing

MMA / Wrestling
Dive into the dynamic world of Mixed Martial Arts, where Muay Thai, BJJ, Boxing, and Karate come together. Under the guidance of champion-level coaches, you'll train in striking, takedowns, and submissions like armbars and chokes. This class is perfect for anyone looking to explore MMA—from curious beginners to serious athletes.

Strength & Conditioning
Build real-world strength, endurance, and power through our high-intensity Cross Training program. Using kettlebells, barbells, and bodyweight movements, you'll improve your overall athletic performance through proven methods like HIIT, Olympic lifting, and functional fitness. Perfect for anyone looking to boost energy, lose weight, or complement martial arts training. Friendly coaches will help you progress safely and effectively.


Training Schedule:

Classes run Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, allowing you to create a personalized training routine that fits your energy levels and goals.

Morning (07:00 – 10:00)

  • Running sessions (beach, stair, sprint, long run)
  • Muay Thai / MMA technique training
  • Boxing / Strength & Conditioning

  • Late Morning (10:30 – 12:00)

  • Open workout (solo practice, stretching, recovery)
  • Westling (on Tuesday and Thursday )

  • Afternoon (16:00 – 18:00)

  • Muay Thai sparring / drills & clinching
  • Boxing sparring
  • BJJ and Wrestling sessions

  • Evening (18:00 – 19:00)

  • BJJ (Gi and No-Gi)
  • BJJ Open Mat (on Friday)
  • S&C recovery + Sauna / Ice Bath (on select days)

  • Each session is approximately 60 minutes, giving you a complete mix of cardio, technique, and conditioning. You’re free to join any session on the schedule (excluding kids' classes), making it a truly flexible and intensive training program.

    Cancellation Policy
    1. Full Refund : Requests for a full refund are accepted if made within 24 hours of purchase.
    2. 10% Cancellation Fee : A 10% fee is applied to refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase.
    3. No Refund for Late Cancellations:
      • Private Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
      • Group Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
    Instruction

    Common Notes:

  • The All Access package allows you to join all training classes listed on the daily schedule without limitations.
  • Students are required to bring their own equipment, including gloves, hand wraps, and shin guards. Gym offers rental gloves and shin guards for those without gear; however, availability is limited, so we recommend bringing your own if possible.
  • Shower and locker facilities are available onsite for your comfort.
  • We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your selected class time for check-in and warm-up.
  • Open Mat sessions are exclusively available for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). During this time, rolling is allowed free of charge.
  • To join the morning beach run please arrive at the gym before 7:00 AM ideally around 6:50 AM to ensure timely departure
