1-hour yoga at AKA Thailand: Hatha (Mon), Vinyasa (Wed), Yin (Fri). All levels welcome; weekly times posted on-site.
Unwind and rebalance with focused 1-hour Yoga sessions featuring three complementary styles each week. Ease into alignment with Hatha on Mondays, build mindful flow with Vinyasa on Wednesdays, and restore deeply with Yin on Fridays.
Each session emphasizes breath, posture quality, and safe progression—ideal for improving mobility, easing stress, and supporting recovery between other training. Meals, accommodation, massages, and additional recovery facilities are not specified in this package.
