Sessions follow a clear flow—dynamic warm-up and shadowboxing, targeted technique blocks, focused padwork for power and accuracy, purposeful bag rounds for volume and conditioning, defensive reactions and counters, then cooldown and mobility. Between classes, use the Weight Room to build hips, core, and shoulders for heavier kicks, tighter guards, and better endurance.
Train in clean, upgraded spaces with oversized rings, new bags and gear, and regular cleaning. Follow the posted timetable, stay consistent, and let a year of quality reps transform your Muay Thai.
