1 Week All-in-One Fitness — Strength & Conditioning, Airdyne Cardio, Yoga, Hill Sprints & Weight Room

Spend 1 week at AKA Thailand building balanced, practical fitness with this all-in-one training package. Your 7 consecutive days of access combine Strength & Conditioning for power and capacity, the AKA Airdyne Cardio Blast for low-impact aerobic work, Yoga for mobility and recovery, Hill Sprints for speed and stamina, and full Weight Room Access to round out your routine.

Each session is simple, effective, and designed to help you lift smart, move well, and condition efficiently. Mix classes across the week to match your goals—then use the weight room during non-class hours to keep progress steady without overcomplicating your plan.

  1. Full Refund : Requests for a full refund are accepted if made within 24 hours of purchase.
  2. 10% Cancellation Fee : A 10% fee is applied to refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase.
  3. No Refund for Late Cancellations:
    • Private Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
    • Group Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Follow coach guidance at all times
  • Arrive early to wrap hands and warm up
  • Bring personal gear (gloves, wraps, mouthguard, shin guards) or ask about rentals
  • Keep shared spaces clean; facilities are sanitized after sessions
