3 Months of Martial Arts Training — Muay Thai, MMA, BJJ, Pool Cardio & Weight Room

Commit to a 3-month training block at AKA Thailand with access to Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Pool Cardio Blast, and the weight room. Use the active timetable to build a sustainable routine that mixes striking, grappling, conditioning, and strength work at a pace that suits your level.

Training runs in an upgraded facility featuring oversized rings, brand-new bags and gear, and full-time cleaning after every session. With three months on the mats, you can reinforce fundamentals, layer combinations and transitions, and stay consistent with supportive coaching and clean, well-maintained spaces.

A longer pass keeps training varied and engaging—alternate Muay Thai, MMA, and BJJ classes, add Pool Cardio for low-impact conditioning, and use the weight room to support strength and mobility between classes.

  • Muay Thai (All Levels)
    Mon–Sat: 08:00–10:00 & 16:00–18:00
  • Mixed Martial Arts (All Levels)
    Mon/Wed/Fri: 15:00–16:00
  • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu – Gi (All Levels)
    Mon/Wed/Fri: 10:30–12:00
  • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu – No-Gi (All Levels)
    Tue/Thu/Sat: 10:30–12:00
  • Pool Cardio Blast
    Mon–Sat: 11:00–12:00 & 18:00–19:00

*Saturday morning Muay Thai is offsite — please wear running shoes and arrive 30 minutes early.

  • Weight Room — strength work to support training

  1. Full Refund : Requests for a full refund are accepted if made within 24 hours of purchase.
  2. 10% Cancellation Fee : A 10% fee is applied to refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase.
  3. No Refund for Late Cancellations:
    • Private Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
    • Group Classes : No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Instruction
  • Follow coach guidance at all times
  • Arrive early to wrap hands and warm up
  • Bring personal gear (gloves, wraps, mouthguard, shin guards) or ask about rentals
  • Keep shared spaces clean; facilities are sanitized after sessions
