Commit to a focused 3 months of Muay Thai at AKA Thailand. Coach-led 120-minute group classes emphasize clean technique, footwork rhythm, range control, and smart offense–defense choices so you build repeatable, real-world skills over time.
Across the block you’ll reinforce fundamentals, layer combinations, and sharpen timing through structured padwork and bag rounds. Between classes, make use of the weight room to support hips, core, and shoulders—helping you kick heavier, guard tighter, and maintain pace across the longer program.
Training runs in clean, well-equipped spaces with oversized rings, new bags and gear, and regular cleaning after sessions. Follow the posted timetable, train consistently, and stack quality reps for steady progress over three months.
