6 Months Access to Muay Thai, MMA, BJJ, Pool Cardio & Weight Room
Invest 6 months in your martial arts journey at AKA Thailand with flexible access to Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Pool Cardio Blast, and the weight room. Build a weekly rhythm that fits your goals—alternate striking, grappling, conditioning, and strength work to maintain momentum over the long term.
Training takes place in an upgraded facility featuring oversized rings, brand-new bags and gear, and full-time cleaning after every session. Coaches support all levels and adjust intensity so you can develop safely while staying consistent for half a year.
Across the six months, expect steady progression: establish a strong base, add combinations and transitions, then refine timing and decision-making with technical rounds and positional drills. Pool-based conditioning and gym sessions help you stay fresh between classes.

Mon–Sat: 11:00–12:00 & 18:00–19:00
*Saturday morning Muay Thai is offsite — please wear running shoes and arrive 30 minutes early.

- MMA — striking-to-clinch and takedown transitions
- BJJ — fundamentals, drilling, positional control
- Pool Cardio — low-impact conditioning for stamina
- Weight Room — strength and mobility to support training
