Lock in long-term progress with six months of coach-led Muay Thai group classes at AKA Thailand. Each 120-minute session builds real ring fundamentals—stance and balance, footwork rhythm, range control, and clean shot selection—so your technique tightens week after week.
Classes follow a proven flow: dynamic warm-up and shadowboxing, targeted technique blocks, high-quality padwork for power and accuracy, purposeful bag rounds for volume and conditioning, defensive reactions and counters, then cooldown and mobility. Between classes, use the Weight Room to strengthen hips, core, and shoulders for heavier kicks, tighter guards, and better endurance.
You’ll train in clean, upgraded spaces with oversized rings, new bags and gear, and regular cleaning after every session. Follow the posted timetable, stay consistent, and cement lasting Muay Thai skills over six months.
