5 Group Trainings Pass at Tiger Eye Muay Thai & MMA Gym for All Levels
Experience authentic combat-sports training in the heart of Bangkok with a 5 Group Trainings Pass at Tiger Eye Muay Thai & MMA Gym. This flexible pass gives you access to any available group class at one of Bangkok’s fastest-growing and most community-driven fight academies. Ideal for beginners, fitness enthusiasts, and experienced athletes, Tiger Eye offers a diverse mix of Muay Thai, BJJ, MMA, and striking programs tailored to elevate both physical fitness and technical ability. The pass is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase, and expired classes can be reactivated for an additional month with a 500 THB fee. Free medical extensions are also available when valid documentation is provided.
All classes are led by professional Thai fighters and certified instructors who coach in both Thai and English. Each session lasts 60–90 minutes, focusing on technique, conditioning, padwork, and real fight fundamentals—providing a complete training experience for all levels.
Whether your goal is to burn calories, learn real Muay Thai, try BJJ for the first time, or train like a fighter during your visit to Thailand, this 5-class pass offers flexibility, variety, and world-class coaching.

- Warm-up with running, mobility drills, and dynamic stretching
- Shadow boxing to build rhythm, balance, and striking flow
- Technical pad work with trainers to refine combinations and timing
- Heavy bag work for power, conditioning, and repetition of key techniques
- Muay Thai technique drills: kicks, elbows, knees, clinch, and defense
- Optional grappling, BJJ, and MMA fundamentals in selected group classes
- Sparring or controlled drills (depending on level and class focus)
- Strength & conditioning for core, balance, and fight endurance
- Cooldown with stretching and breathing to support recovery
