Class description

Two Muay Thai sessions every day for a full month at Chiangmai Muay Thai Gym — the most immersive way to train, built for those who want maximum progress in minimum time.

This 1-month intensive training package at Chiangmai Muay Thai Gym gives you access to two group sessions per day, every day the gym is open. Classes run Monday to Saturday across five daily slots — morning at 8:30–10:00 AM and afternoon sessions at 1:30, 3:00, 4:30, and 6:00 PM — each lasting 90 minutes. Valid for 1 month, train once in the morning and once in the afternoon to build the kind of volume that produces serious, lasting results.

Two sessions a day is how fighters train — and under the guidance of Kru O, whose credentials span the IFMA World Championships, SEA Games, and the World Games Atlanta USA, every session is purposeful. Morning sessions build technical foundation: footwork, strikes, and combinations drilled with precision. Afternoon sessions push conditioning deeper — pad work gets sharper, clinch work gets stronger, and the body starts to adapt in ways that single daily sessions simply cannot produce. All levels are welcome, but this package rewards those who come ready to commit fully. Beginners will compress months of progress into weeks; experienced students will find their game reaching a level that only high-volume coached training can unlock.

Located on Wiang Kaeo Road in the Old City, the gym sits within walking distance of Wat Phra Singh (550 m) and close to Wat Lok Moli (2.4 km) — easy to reach for a morning session and simple to return to in the afternoon, making twice-daily training a practical routine rather than a logistical challenge.

  • Shadow Boxing — Developing rhythm, footwork, and body mechanics without contact
  • Pad Work — Drilling strike combinations with a trainer on pads to build timing, accuracy, and power
  • Bag Work — Heavy bag rounds to reinforce technique and build conditioning
  • Partner Drills — Controlled exercises with a training partner to practise distance, timing, and reaction

FAQ

  • Can a beginner handle two sessions per day?
Yes, but pacing is important. Coaches will guide intensity so your body adapts progressively — most beginners find their rhythm within the first week.

  • How should I schedule my two daily sessions?
Morning and one afternoon slot works best — allowing several hours between sessions for rest, nutrition, and light recovery.

  • How quickly will I see results training twice a day?
Most students notice significant changes in technique, conditioning, and body composition within the first two weeks of twice-daily training.
