Class description
Twenty Muay Thai group sessions at Chiangmai Muay Thai Gym — one month of daily training to transform your fitness, master real technique, and experience what it truly means to train at a fight camp.
This 20-session group class package at Chiangmai Muay Thai Gym is the closest experience to living the fight camp lifestyle without committing to a full fighter program. Classes run Monday to Saturday across five daily slots — morning at 8:30–10:00 AM and afternoon sessions at 1:30, 3:00, 4:30, and 6:00 PM — each lasting 90 minutes. Valid for 30 days, 20 sessions means training once daily — or mixing single and double sessions — across a full month of serious Muay Thai.
This is where real transformation happens. Under the direct guidance of Kru O — credentialed at the IFMA World Championships, SEA Games, and the World Games Atlanta USA — daily training at this volume builds the kind of Muay Thai that can only come from repetition: strikes that fire without thinking, footwork that moves without effort, and a fitness base that changes your body from the inside out. All levels are welcome, but 20 sessions rewards those who show up ready to push — beginners will leave with a foundation most people spend months trying to build, and experienced students will find the gaps in their game that only consistent coached training can expose.
The gym is located on Wiang Kaeo Road in the Old City, within walking distance of Wat Phra Singh (550 m) and a short ride from Chiang Mai International Airport (5.6 km) — easy to reach on day one and perfectly positioned to make training the anchor of your time in Chiang Mai.
