Class description

Five Muay Thai group sessions at Chiangmai Muay Thai Gym — train consistently, build real technique, and leave Chiang Mai a different fighter than you arrived.

This 5-session group class package at Chiangmai Muay Thai Gym is built for those who want more than a single taste of Muay Thai. Classes run Monday to Saturday across five daily slots — morning at 8:30–10:00 AM and afternoon sessions at 1:30, 3:00, 4:30, and 6:00 PM — each lasting 90 minutes. Valid for 30 days, giving you the flexibility to train at your own pace without rushing through sessions.

Five sessions is where consistency starts to show. Under the guidance of Kru O — whose credentials span the IFMA World Championships, SEA Games, and the World Games Atlanta USA — each class builds on the last, with coaching that tracks your development and pushes your technique forward session by session. Whether you are picking up Muay Thai for the first time or returning to refine what you already know, the training adapts to where you are and where you want to go.

Located on Wiang Kaeo Road in the Old City, the gym is a short walk from Wat Phra Singh (550 m) and easy to reach from Tha Phae Gate (2.4 km) — making it simple to build a training rhythm that fits naturally around sightseeing, work, or whatever brought you to Chiang Mai.

  • Shadow Boxing — Developing rhythm, footwork, and body mechanics without contact
  • Pad Work — Drilling strike combinations with a trainer on pads to build timing, accuracy, and power
  • Bag Work — Heavy bag rounds to reinforce technique and build conditioning
  • Partner Drills — Controlled exercises with a training partner to practise distance, timing, and reaction
