Commit to daily training with our 1-month Muay Thai group class, designed for all skill levels. Whether you want to improve fitness, discipline, or technique, this program offers consistent, authentic training to help you grow stronger and more confident every day.
Each 90-minute session follows a balanced routine to maximize your progress. Start with a dynamic warm-up including running, skipping rope, and tyre exercises. Then move into shadow boxing where beginners receive guided combinations, and more experienced students refine their flow.
Engage in personalized pad work focused on your level, followed by partner drills to sharpen core Muay Thai skills. For those ready to challenge themselves, optional light sparring is available in a safe and supportive environment. Finish with conditioning exercises designed to boost your endurance, strength, and fight readiness.
Please arrive at least 1.5 hours before class starts to ensure you’re fully prepared for training. This 1-month package allows you to attend 1 group session per day, for a total of 30 sessions within 1 month.
Monday – Friday:
Morning Muay Thai Group Class: 08:00 – 10:30
Afternoon Muay Thai Group Class: 16:00 – 19:30
Saturday:
Afternoon Muay Thai Group Class: 16:00 – 19:30
