Step into the world of authentic Muay Thai with our 90-minute group class, designed for all skill levels. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced fighter, this session will challenge and elevate your skills.
The class starts with a full-body warm-up including running, skipping rope, and tyre bounces to get your body ready. Then, move into shadow boxing — beginners will receive guided combinations from our expert coaches to build their fundamentals.
Next is pad work with your coach, followed by technique training in pairs under close supervision. For those who want to push further, light sparring is also available in a safe and friendly environment. The session finishes strong with conditioning exercises to build strength and overall fitness.
Please arrive at least 1.5 hours before the class starts to ensure you're fully prepared for training.
Monday – Friday:
Morning Muay Thai Group Class 08:00 – 10:30
Afternoon Muay Thai Group Class: 16:00 – 19:30
Saturday
Afternoon Muay Thai Group Class: 16:00 – 19:30
