Step into elite-level training with our 1-month Muay Thai group class package, allowing 2 training sessions per day — ideal for fighters, fitness enthusiasts, and serious learners looking to accelerate progress. This intensive program is suitable for all levels and helps you gain maximum benefit from consistent, expert-led instruction.
Each 90-minute session follows a structured flow to ensure both variety and progression. Begin with a dynamic warm-up that includes running, skipping rope, and tyre exercises. Shadow boxing comes next, with beginners guided through essential combinations while advanced students work on precision and rhythm.
Continue with personalized pad work with top-level coaches, followed by partner technique drills to build real Muay Thai instincts. If you're ready to challenge yourself, take part in optional light sparring under coach supervision. Each session ends with conditioning to increase strength, cardio endurance, and fight readiness.
Please arrive at least 1.5 hours before class starts to ensure you’re fully prepared for training. This 1-month package allows you to attend up to 2 group sessions per day, valid for 30 days from your first class.
Monday – Friday:
Morning Muay Thai Group Class: 08:00 – 10:30
Afternoon Muay Thai Group Class: 16:00 – 19:30
Saturday:
Afternoon Muay Thai Group Class: 16:00 – 19:30
