Accelerate your Muay Thai journey with our 10-session group class pack — perfect for anyone ready to train consistently and see real progress. Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your technique, these sessions will help you improve faster, stronger, and smarter.
Each 90-minute session is carefully structured to give you the complete Muay Thai experience. You’ll start with an energizing warm-up (running, skipping rope, tyre bounces), followed by shadow boxing with guided combos for beginners. Pad work comes next, offering one-on-one attention from top Thai coaches, then technical drills practiced in pairs. You’ll also have the option to spar lightly in a safe, friendly environment — and finish strong with conditioning to boost your strength and stamina.
Please arrive at least 1.5 hours before the class starts to ensure you're fully prepared for training. This 10-sessions package is valid for 30 days from your first class.
