1 Week Fighter Muay Thai Group — 6 Training Days, 1 Session per Day at Bokchok x Vor.Sakornrit Gym

Level up with a fighter-focused week of Muay Thai at Bokchok x Vor.Sakornrit Gym. Train 1 session per day (90 minutes) across 6 training days in an authentic open-air setting. Under the guidance of champion-level Thai trainers, you’ll sharpen timing, distance control, and ring strategy through safe, controlled sparring.

The atmosphere blends real Thai gym energy with professional structure — pads echoing, fresh air flowing, and coaches offering precise feedback each round. Expect disciplined sessions that build confidence, composure, and fight IQ.


Training Schedule

  • Days: Saturday – Sunday
  • Time: 16:00–17:30
  • Duration: 90 minutes per session
  • Program: Muay Thai Sparring Program

Program Focus

Muay Thai Sparring Program — real-scenario sparring with 30–50% controlled intensity, focusing on timing, distance, counterplay, and defensive awareness.


Training Program

  • Warm-Up: Partner drills and light movement to prepare the body.
  • Technical Flow Drills: Controlled exchanges to build timing and rhythm.
  • Sparring Rounds: Supervised live rounds (6–10 rounds at 30–50% contact).
  • Ring Strategy: Focus on control, counterplay, and tactical adaptation.
  • Trainer Feedback: Post-sparring analysis for technique and awareness.
  • Cooldown: Stretching and recovery to maintain flexibility and reduce fatigue.

Note: Sparring intensity is adjusted according to fighter level and safety protocol.
