Designed for fighters and advanced practitioners with solid fundamentals, each session focuses on timing, distance, control, and tactical awareness under the supervision of champion-level Thai trainers.

Train live rounds with 30–50% controlled contact to sharpen offense, defense, and counterplay while maintaining safety and discipline. Coaching emphasizes ring movement, rhythm control, and real fight strategy—so you build experience that truly transfers to competition.

  • Technique Drills: Improve timing, defense, and signature Muay Thai techniques.
  • Clinch Training: Learn proper positioning and knee strikes (optional).
  • Strength & Conditioning: Develop stamina with functional bodyweight exercises.
  • Cooldown: Stretch and recover to prevent soreness and injury.
