1 Week Muay Thai – 2 Classes per Day at Koh Yao Naga (High Season)
This 1-week Muay Thai package at Koh Yao Naga is designed for those who want to make the most of their time on Koh Yao Noi while training twice a day. The package is valid for 7 consecutive days, with training available from Monday to Saturday, allowing you to complete up to 12 training sessions depending on your selected start date.
With 2 Muay Thai classes per day, you can build a consistent training routine with both morning and afternoon sessions. Each class follows a structured program covering stance, footwork, shadow boxing, pad work, heavy bag training, and cool down. Clinching and sparring may be included in selected All Levels classes with trainer approval.
Training twice a day gives you more time to develop your technique, improve your conditioning, and experience the rhythm of a traditional Muay Thai training schedule. Between sessions, you'll still have time to relax, explore Koh Yao Noi, visit nearby beaches, or simply enjoy the island's peaceful atmosphere.
